Retained Services

Knowing that you can access the professional support of an experienced HR practitioner throughout the month will provide peace of mind and assurance that your HR challenges will be addressed. For a fixed monthly price, you will receive HR support throughout the month, for an agreed number of hours, e.g. 7 per week, including email support and assistance with new or existing issues. The full service will include the following each month:

Basic support

  • Email support

  • Support with one employee relations case*

  • One policy review or employee guidance update

  • Access to regular updates on relevant employee and employment law matters

Additional services each month can be costed on a piece be piece basis, or adjustments to retained services can be arranged.

Process

Whether you are interested in a piece of project work, retained services or both, the process for setting up the service is similar.

We will start by understanding as much as possible about your requirements or challenges and understanding your business and how it operates, crucially what you are aiming to achieve from the service. This will help to assess the situation and provide a proposal on the most effective solutions.

 

You will then have time to consider the proposal and of course discuss further and ask questions as necessary, to enable you to make the decision which is right for you and your business.
