About me


I am Georgia Bozekova, a CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualified HR professional with a Masters in HR Management and 20+ years operational HR experience.


I have held HR roles in a range of companies and organisations both within the  private and public sectors, including Higher Education, Professional Regulation and B2B Services, I have therefore worked within a range of operational models as well as with a diverse range of managers and directors.

My work has been wide ranging from individual performance and conduct cases to large-scale rationalisation of workforces to achieve financial sustainability.


Time spent managing people related Human Resources (HR) matters can be time consuming and energy sapping, but it doesn’t have to be. Our aim at Square HR is to provide effective, timely and above all practically useful and implementable  advice and support to businesses and managers, who are often juggling competing demands, so that they can focus on running their business and achieving their goals.

I have found that organisations work best and businesses thrive when employees are given the trust and freedom to apply their expertise along with the resources and tools to get results, such as having access to professional expertise.




Being a consultant allows to me to work with a diverse range of organisations and managers, which benefits me as I get to experience different ways of working and benefits the businesses I work for, because I get to share knowledge of different practices with them, as well as doing what I do best, sharing my expertise and helping them tackle their HR challenges.
